Leaving 4 stars because I really do like this place, but, call before you plan a trip out. They keep changing their hours and you have no idea when they’re going to be open. Just place a call before you come to save yourself the headache of getting here and having to wait in your car for a period of time before they open.

Lots of potential but the people who rent booth space do not keep their booths clean or stocked. Place is dingy and customer service is embarrassingly bad. Rude white trash counter woman on Monday April 12th in the morning took the items I wanted to bu yAnd said they were ‘hers’. It my 25 years as a customer service manager I have never seen such anti-customer focused behavior. Usually companies have a policy that employees cannot buy from the location they work at. Such as Goodwill. But this rude woman took 4 rugs out of my hands, rudely and said she was buying them. It was offensive and unprofessional. If this woman worked for me she would be fired on the spot. I was there with my family and they were disgusted by her behavior. We left. Honestly we will never come back. I told my neighbors and all my coworkers about the experience. They were similarly shocked and also shared horror stories of experiences at this business. It’s unfortunate because it has potential but needs more attention, training for employees and active participation from owners and stakeholders if it is going to increase revenue and survive in this economic climate. There's lots of interesting things to be found here and most things are reasonably priced. Its clean and easy to move throughout the areas. I think it's important to have a good staff of people that are kind and welcoming, know their job and make you feel like they were glad you stopped in. This place has those kind of people.
