The food was good. The employees in the drive through were less than happy to see another customer. But they gave me my food and it was correct. Unfortunately, the toy that was given for the happy meal was not the advertised toy. We would not have purchased that happy meal if we would have known, but my kiddos ended up liking the toy just fine.

It's a pretty consistent place but I don't go a lot. I'm a fish sandwich and medium fry type of person if that helps: ) but I do love their quarter pounders Also, their service has been really good, too.

Ordered food 8 minutes ago. I've been sitting in drive-thru waiting for one person's order to be fulfilled. If the order isn't available they should be asked to pull up and park in a waiting spot. Don't make the rest of us wait too. Just wanted a drink. Ridiculous

Very busy always crowded drive thru. But the quality of food is not always great and I've heard employees say how mean the owner is. Change you oil on the reg !

Why is this the slowest McDonald's in the world??? GOT in line at 12:19 and still in the drive through at 12:35. I remember why I stopped coming to this one

Yeah they have a horrible crew something happen to me the other night but I went inside and it still took forever.

Is this still considered fast food? THE SLOWEST DRIVE THRU ANYWHERE!!!! 10-20 mins is the norm. I usually leave. Today I ordered at 4:21 and received my small order at 4:47. I just wanted to see how long it would take.

Each restaurant is a franchise, owned by an investers. McDonald's Corp will just push your complaint back down to them. Call during the day and get the top manager, get his/her name and store number. Ask for the area's manager and his/her phone number. Call them with your complaints.

That location has been there since atleast the mid to late 1990s. Before that I believe it was on the corner of 125 and Amelia olive-branch.
