I just left from dropping of a full carload of donations of bedding and clothing. Against my better judgement, I went to Goodwill, this location is convenient and I was in a cleaning mood and wanted to get this out of my way. The attendant started getting a bit rude when I asked for my first large tote back and was even more sour when I told him I had a laundry basket I also needed back. After I unloaded everything, he told me that I needed to leave the baskets next time, or put them in bags, or just take them somewhere else. Never did he smile or even appear gracious of the donation. He was generally unpleasant to be around. It's already hard enough cleaning out my late father's clothes and extra bedding, I don't enjoy getting rid of his stuff. I was hoping donating it to a good cause would make it less difficult, but no, I donated it to a sourpuss with a bad attitude and the need to pass his unpleasant disposition onto me. I will never donate to Goodwill ever again, this sealed it for me. I've got 2 more large loads of donations, including suits and sport coats, they will go literally anywhere else.
