We booked a load from OH to NJ on the 22nd. Driver was stuck at the PU for 6h time in 1:42PM time out 7:42PM, the load was floor loaded not on pallets I have pictures from the load and the broker Malek, same thing was at the del because was floor loaded driver was unloading for 5h. Malek said keep the times in and out and we will get detention. 1 week he was not asnwering the calls and the emails finaly he replied today detention was not approved from the customer. This is how they doing bussunes with the carriers stay away from this people, they lying and will keep the truck forever for nothing. There was 4 girls unloading the whole trailer and my driver was helping them to unload the freight so we can finish early, this is crazy stay away from this people.

The worst trucking company in the USA by far. The brokers at their brokerage lies on top of lies. Stay away from this company and do yourself a favor and don't book their loads either. You will be thankful you didn't do business with them.
