Front desk staff Madeline unprofessional tone and attitude, as well as another short heavy set woman that was up front but walked into an office that was directly behind the front staff, this office has the audacity to have a sign about having respect for patients dignity etc, etc but it is not reflected!!!

The receptionist and staff were very unprofessional in not informing patients of the extended wait times. When asked several times why it was taking almost 2 hours to get a scheduled MRI, I was given no answer and treated as if I was at fault. I asked for my copay refund, and left. Customer service training is in dire need at this facility with an attitude adjustment from the receptionist. Poor service, poor attitude,! Go elsewhere .

My wife just cane out of having an MRI & MRA today; she couldn’t say enough about the staff. They were so efficient, extremely friendly & kind. She highly recommends them & would not hesitate to get one here again if need be! Thank you!!!

Dory was great in working with me to find a quick appointment. The folks running the MRI trailer were great explaining the process and their overall attitude was super welcoming. I would highly recommend because of the Dory and the ladies (sorry missed names) as well as sticking to appointment times. Thank you!
