Wouldn't you Like to know?

I ordered chili cheese fries that were priced at a king's ransom and they delivered maybe a medium sized box of fries with cheese and chili gravy with no actual chili in it. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else. Their portions and quality are getting worse every day.

Staff is consistently friendly and quick. They will often bring you a drink for the road with your check. As far as the food, it's hard to mess up Cincinnati chili. It tastes pretty good most times. Every once in awhile I will get an overcooked hot dog

Typically the food is good if they remember everything. It's just up the street from us so it's a quick go to. Atleast it was! Went through the drive thru and asked for extra crackers. We ordered 3-3ways (1 a large) and we recieved 2 packs of crackers. I know it's a small thing but with the price of everything, it's not so small.

I am not here to bash a local restaurant but calling them and complaining only results in someone trying to offer some bs free meal or lame giftcard. I hope this sends some message to management that corrections need to be made or proper training needs to happen. Some sort of accountability somehow. Nobody takes blame anymore,,anyway simple. Ordered plain coneys no onion or mustard. My son has a allergy to onions. I even corrected the girl taking the order bc she read it back to me wrong. Even after correcting her, asking if the order was correct i still got freaking onions on my food!!!! Why??? Ill answer. Lazy incompetent people unwilling to correct it. Period. Someone needs to manage this place better. Obviously doing well remodeling going on. But cant afford to train correct staff to take simple instructions
