Ordered pizza an hour and a half ago it’s been out for delivery for over an hour now, no one answers the phone to even see what’s going on. Will never order from here again and recommend using one of the 10 other pizza chains in the area. We can’t even cancel it because no one answers the phone.. wonder if they will ever come, we don’t even want it at this point.

Ordered delivery from the Amelia location. When the order arrived, it was missing a pizza. I tried calling and was in the automated system for 7 minutes. I hung up and called back using option 1 for a new order. Had a customer service representative with a thick accent and was hard to understand. They put me on hold for another 8 minutes. By this time I'm really not thrilled. The location is only minutes from my house so I drove there to get the situation taken care of. Long story short, I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut anymore because this was the 4th time its happened from this location. The only positive thing was the woman that corrected the problem. I didn't get her name and I should have but she said she was the manager that just took over for the evening. She was very nice and professional.

I ordered a Stuffed Crust Supreme pizza with extra cheese, extra sauce and I requested it be baked well done. The pizza barely had ANY sauce on it (typical of Pizza Hut's "normal" amount of sauce), and the pizza was under cooked. Additionally there were several employees at the store, a couple of them were standing around talking while one was taking pizzas out of the oven and cutting them. The one employee who was cutting the pizzas had to finish all of the pizzas coming out of the oven before he could come to the counter and get me my order which was ready for pickup before I arrived. So for almost five minutes at least two employees just stood around talking while my food and I aged.

Pizza Hut's GF pizza. Full disclosure: I'm comparing to Donato's GF pizza. Which is fantastic. The Hut uses Udi's crust. So this pizza can be made at home with better ingredients, sans the sauce. So while it is edible, it really is no better than some frozen GF pizzas that are available. Donatos is a solid 5-stars, while this is 3-stars for the GF pizza. I'd rate the normal pizza at 4.
