My frozen chocolate wasn't fixed right my husband ordered a Chocolate Ice coffee and a small coffee with chocolate in it. I tried to tell him to take it back in he they didn't act like they knew what they was doing. We come there alot he said not anymore if they keep that up. This happened about 5:45pm 5/20/2022.

I went through dunkin like I do every day. Never at the same time but I am a loyal customer. I give tips, I’m kind when they’re stressed because I understand they’re busy. Today was different, it was noon nobody in line behind me and maybe two people inside. They’re card reader through the drive thru has been down for a few weeks, which again they can’t control when that gets fixed, so I asked if there was any way possible they could ring up my order on the inside screen and take my card because I have a sleeping sick baby. They said “uh ya inside” I replied with “you guys rock” and my response back was “ya we do” very snobby. I pulled up to the window and asked for a a manger or also started laughing at how upset I was. I’m a tired mama that just needed a little help getting her coffee. I’m very disappointed with the employees on these mid afternoon shifts as they are the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered at a dunkin location. DO BETTER AMELIA DUNKIN!! BE KIND!

Two bad experiences! In the drive-through, we were reading the menu and asked for a second. 5 seconds later the person asked if I needed help. I then said sorry just looking through the menu. She asked me then if needed help reading the menu not every 5 seconds again. I quickly ordered and asked for the manager. She was the one doing it and said “we are trained to hurry up the drive through”. Today my wife was in the drive through and ordered coffee. She was tired and must have said mocha but when the person asked her “is that a coffee” in a rude manor. My wife said sorry and corrected a hot Carmel macchiato. She asked “are you sure” and then my wife asked for a water. She asked bottled or cup in the same tone. She said bottled and the person said are you certain that’s what you want. This is terrible service we got here for convenience but I will now go out of my way to get other coffee from now on.

I have been going to this Dunkin for quite awhile and it seems to always be something. I get equal and most the time I have to add the number of packets I requested in the first place. I’ve gotten sugar instead (I’m diabetic), food orders often wrong or out of stuff all the time, cups totally full of ice, it’s bad when my friends and I always joke about this location. Today, Due to the winter storm I’m working a 28 hr shift. I ordered a medium iced latte and then added a large and asked her to do very easy ice because it’s for much later. I get putting a little less to account for displacement but seriously? I will attach a pic of what I was handed and another pic where I poured it into a medium cup for comparison. Smdh.

Well I go thru the drive thru ONLY on purpose and I wear a mask. They seem to be wearing gloves and masks. Don't know how often they are changing their gloves or if they are made to change gloves or if they are just winging it or if they are offered fresh masks by the company and if so how often they are getting a fresh mask or if it's on the employee to provide a mask or if they are wearing the same mask over and over. That's the thing with restaurants ...WE the customer don't know do we? There is no UNIFORM protocol is there? Guess we have no way of knowing do we? I think considering COVID is NOT going anywhere ANYTIME soon RULES AND CHECKS on this safety precaution should be ENFORCED though but HOW? WHO? Sigh
My fiance and I go to this Dunkin Donuts everytime we visit family in Amelia. We absolutely love their coffee with sugar and hazelnut creamer. It doesn't sound like anything special, but it tastes WAY better than the coffee I make at home, and it is cheaper than Starbucks
