I have been a regular customer at this store for months but today was my last trip. I would like to start with the positive. The store has gotten much cleaner in the last 5 months than it has ever been. However, it does not solve the publicly displayed internal problems. Today I witnessed a manager that I have never seen in the store before yell at her two employees about countless things that I have noticed have improved since they started working there. While I understand that an employer has the right to teach their employees how to do their jobs I would recommend this manager take a more professional approach. The 2 stars are for the improvement that the store has made in cleanliness and for the extremely kind employees.

I love this store!! I came in to get some craft supplies and ended up buying much much more because everything was so cheap and cute! Excellent customer service, the red haired girl at the desk was so helpful and accommodating- she even helped look around for some specific things for me! So above and beyond!!

Love this place! The staff is so friendly and helpful despite their difficult job. We recently moved and had a whole trailer of donations that we brought in, the girl working was so accommodating and kind.
