I reserved 2 nights for my kids, they called me afternoon of first day and said, with snotty attitude, your son left lots of stuff in the room. I said probably because they are staying 2 nights...they said oh, we will put stuff back. Some toiletries were missing and when asked where they were they said oh we threw them away, but you can go through garbage if you want. I also requested a roll away bed and they never got it. I should have been called before items were removed from room. Update: I have been contacted since this happened by management. It was a very sincere apology and things have been straightened out and I appreciate the contact they made. Thank you.

This hotel is nice & would normally have rated a 3 or 4 star review. The reason I am giving them a 5 star is the way they quickly handled an issue with my room. I called the front desk and within 20 minutes, two of the hotel staff were there, courteous and eager to make sure that everything was perfect. That is huge. Edit - the issue was that the floor on our room was filthy. Also, the hospitality of the staff is completely absent in the owner / manager. Rude.

Good night sleep. Amazing hot tub after a long day. Breakfast was so yummy! We will be back. Great staff! So helpful.
