FOR PARK AND FLY — THEIFS we parked our car here for a couple days and while we were gone we had our catalytic converter stolen off our new truck. Just park it at the airport even though it is more expensive. Parking it there is significantly cheaper than having your car towed and getting it repaired. This part of Portland is far too sketchy

Totally agree with other review. Shuttle only runs every half hour and there is no mention of this on their website.* Would have been nice to know this when trying to time my flight. When I mentioned this to the attendant, she suggested I take Uber or Lyft. Why didn't I just do that to start with?? (Also the Driver never helped me with my bags, there goes his tip!) *I see where they have now added a shuttle schedule to their website. Nice to know they are responding to complaints!

Have only used the shuttle out and in from pdx.. Both times have been good they helped with luggage and only had to wait a few minutes once... The website says they only run every half hour.. I prefer to be early so this hasn't been a problem.

This place is a joke ,receptionist not very helpful It feels like customers are inconvenience to her. Drop off passengers yesterday all the way from ocean park Washington and ask for cart for Luagage,she just gave me a look and was not polite .very rude not a place to recommend for families and friends.poor customer service
