This was our first time using Jiffy and it was great! It was a much better price than the other park and fly options and even closer to the airport than their competitors. The minute we pulled in the lot attendant can running up to help us and take our bags. The shuttle driver was very polite and had a great positive attitude for driving at 3am. I would highly recommend them!

Great experience - friendly and prompt drivers, even when our delayed flight came in at 3 am! Cheap, easy, accessible! We will always park at Jiffy flying out of PDX from now on!

This review is mostly for the driver that took us to the airport. Bob was amazing, he was super helpful to us and everyone else parking, even helping an older couple find a good spot. I didn't think that I would ever rate a parking lot but my God did Bob absolutely make it worth the effort. Thank you for being a bright ray of sunshine at 5 am, before my morning coffee.

This used to be Thrifty parking and I have parked in this lot for over 10 years. I’m glad to see Jiffy take it over and continue it after Thrifty moved to the new rental car facility at the airport. Thrifty really let this facility go downhill with no maintenance or upkeep so Jiffy has a lot of work ahead to make the place nice again. The new Jiffy busses are really nice but they still run some of the old Thrifty ones that are pretty run down. A few of the drivers are originals from Thrifty and are very good and pleasant. I give them 4 stars based on the run down property, tight parking spaces, and some older busses but this place beats the airport lots in convenience, security, and service!

I reserved and paid online and there wasn't a choice of cost based on type of vehicle. If it can fit in a standard sized parking spot you should be good. I did see some pickup trucks parked when we were there.
I don't understand your question. If you're referring to your flight, contact the airlines. If you're talking about Jiffy, just call and let them know. Easy peasy for them. 😀
Call them directly and discuss the situation with them and they will make sure your problem is resolved. Good travels to you.
There should be a number on your confirmation email that you should be able to call and cancel.

Completely fine. I have used them for 8 years and the times are not set in stone.
Check their website, I booked on line, and paid when I picked up. X dollars a day.
