I was so excited to try this place but came out disappointed. They had an awesome selection on games but I spent $60 and didn’t even win anything. Then when I went up to the counter to refill my card the workers stood behind the counter talking and kept looking at me but didn’t even come over to help so after awhile I just walked off. Don’t waste your time and money on the claw machines they are very hard to win and you put so much money into winning them where you could have bought the plush for cheaper off of Ebay or Amazon. Hopefully others have a better experience but I probably won’t be back.

Update - food, drinks, and ice cream are back; new games added since last time I was there; and prize store has some good stuff to save up for; Lots of staff and hand sanitizer 👍 I always have fun when I go! Clown game 💗 They need to bring back $1 bowling games though. And the last several times I've gone they weren't serving food or drinks. Also understaffed but it was like that from the beginning. Really like that they're bringing some different items into the prize store - ex. Micellar water was one that pleasantly surprised me.

First we ordered the shaker fries. All the seasoning went to the bottom of the bag. It was like paying extra for a regular order of fries. Then I wanted to know what was on the children's card. They wouldn't check it. They said to do it yourself. The machine said something about points and credits. I didn't know which was for games and which was for prizes. It took 3 tries before I received a straight answer. Now I'm tired. So I sent our 13 year old to get a flyer or a list of prices. They didn't have a flyer and refused to write a price list. He had to borrow my phone to take a photo of the price list. When we're ready to reload the card, no one is available. So I tried the machine. It said that we had reloaded the card but when the children tried to use it, it didn't work. The people at the counter wouldn't help them. I had to request a manager. Finally the kids could play. Horrible experience, rude customer service!

Bowling was fun, but food court sucked. Food staff the night we were there didn't care at all. Over cooked food, charged full price for a pitcher OF WATER, With NO REFILLS... Didn't give a last call before closing food court and to top it off it didn't look like anyone was actually training the new girl as she was obviously just trying to figure out the chili machine herself.

Kid friendly all the time. They require masks on everyone. They close at like 2AM today
Mon-thursday is $8 an hr and friday-sunday is $10 an hr. Unless you have a gold/platinum card, then you can get the 90 minutes for $8 or $10, depending on what day you come
Only until 10pm
We will be open on the 3rd of July And our hours will be 11am-11pm
No there is not. We normally close at 2am
You can either pay 2 dollars and get 530 or 6 dollars and get 750 The 2 or 5 dollars is ontop of the 100 So 102.00 or 106.00
10 am -2am
Yes we do, when we open back up we will be carding at 6PM everyday. As mall management requests
So you think of our credits like this. 1 credit= .25cents So 1$=4 credits
It depends on the time of day, and what day of the week it is, and if it is a holiday. The prices and times are all listed on Round One USA website. You can also call up at the store and an associate will happily look up the pricing for the time you are inquiring about. I can tell you, add on 3.50 for shoe rental. And going for unlimited bowling on the days it's offered is a good deal 9.99 a person. If you have kids buy kids club cards. 3 dollars and you get preloaded credits to hit a few games, as well as boo on bowling. 1 paying adult per child with club card child is free, unlimited counts in thus type of purchase. Hope you have a great time!
No, there hasn't been a fight here since Nov of 2017.
2 Sound Voltex cabinets. E-amusement online, 1 with SDVX Generator.
Well i would recommend spending $20 per person
Yes. Cake is the only outside food allowed in with a party.
They can come any time. After 8 pm weekdays and 6 pm on weekends they have to be with parents.
Free to get in. Just have to have ID. Then you buy a thing like a credit card, put what you want on it. Tickets feed back to the card. You can save the card and tickets and keep reloading them.
Sorry, i havent heard anything about family passes.
Definitely does.
Most of everything at Northwoods is closed, closing, or open on specific days due to having to cut hours.
I think I saw that there.
Honestly idk but my opinions get the card with credits its cheaper and alot more game to choose from
