Before gas prices skyrocketed you could come in and be done in like an 1 hour of 1 1/2 hours. Which seems long but the plasma donation its self takes about 45 minutes. But now? Good luck getting out in 2 or more hours. The long lines, and waits. They redid the donation floor and now machines sit empty, yet ready to go while everyone has to wait even though there are machine prepped and ready to donation. Donation floor staff is kind; but really slow, only adding to the hours you'll have to wait. Bring headphones cause some customers are very loud talkers. Worst part is seeing all the empty donation beds but the lines keep getting longer and longer.

I am a regular donor and compared to where I donated before I think CSL is by far the best as they have bonuses and raffle drawings on a regular basis.

It was okay wouldn't recommend if you don't have patience for first time donors other than that the staff is nice for the most part everything is clean i wouldn't recommend going during the afternoon it gets quite busy
