In August I went in made over $700 purchase there was 3 ppl (trying ) to help me. They told me they had to order some of my items and 2 people were working on making my account. So next couple days my son went to see if my order came in and come to find out it didn't have to be ordered they already had everything there the day I went in to order it and one of the employees made the comment well they were just to lazy to go check because it was quiting time. So I called and complained , every time I have called and went in they have been so rude! Then monday I ordered some antifreeze they said it will be there next day but failed to tell me I had to come in same day to pick it up or they would send it back, my son went today to pick it up because I haven't been able to go get it. They were extremely RUDE!! To him so no I would not recommend Oreillys of Winchester KY!!

Customer service in Winchester has slowing been declining. Changes in staffing seems to be the apparent reason, but could also be other factors. I have been trying to call the store to see if they have the warranty item, we need, in stock. There has been no answer in the hour I have been calling?? In fact after it rings for a bit, I am disconnected from the store number. My husband went to the store yesterday. One young lady working the counter, my husband indicated she seemed to have no experience. He was able to see 3 other employees in the back. None came up to the counter to help either himself or any other waiting customers.

If I could give negative stars I would this is the worst store with the worst customer service I've ever encountered. First of all sign on door says per governor executive order must wear a mask to enter.... Not sure why since no employee has one on! Then they are standing around talking about customers being retarded (literally)and not knowing what they need or want. Then when you finally get acknowledged and waited on they don't know what you have ordered or if it's there and are talking to other people while you are standing in front of them instead of helping you and the other people are being helped by someone else. Please save your sanity and go elsewhere. I told my husband either he can go from now on or order it from somewhere else. I will not be back!
