Contacted Tina Pike Outreach Coordinator about placing my mom in Sunrise. She stated they had room and wanted me to fill out an application so I did. I sent back the application with my mom assets and financial information then received a call right away that now they couldn’t take her. I left several messages with Tina to get the reason why they denied her care and she never contacted me back. It’s just funny how she was so willing to take her until she received her income and asset information. I want to place my mom in a place who cares for her and not just looking at how much money they would get. Not a good experience with them at all!!
