Do not recommend renting here!! I signed a 12 month lease and the second month after moving in the AC stopped working and they brought us a portable AC unit which was only for the living room which meant every other room in the apartment was hot. Every time we called the office we were given excuses and they never fixed it the rest of the time we lived here. Had to find another apartment 2 months before my lease was even over because of how hot it was outside. It’s been over a month since my lease ended and I still haven’t been contacted at all over my deposit which at this point I would not be surprised if they kept since it’s seems like all they care about is money. It’s very hard to find a reasonable priced apartment in Sioux City right now but I really recommend not renting here.

We have lived here 12 years...we used to enjoy the outdoors here on our deck and going to the pool but now there are alot more kids that may be Somalian I'm not sure really but those people only bathe maybe once a month so I am not going in that pool! The rent is ridiculous and now we pay for water and garbage for the 1st time ever! We will for sure be moving in the near future!

Took to long to get maintenance to come and fix items. Apartment was a mess when I moved in. They charged me for renters insurance for 4 months even though I had it. My doctor faxed a letter for my esa three times and they never got it. The laundry rooms are filled with roaches and the grounds are full of trash. And getting a hold of the people in the office is a lot harder than it needs to be.

They have a contract with Stockton towing, they will tow your car faster than you can think, the customer service is terrible, all they care about is milking more money out of you, document everything
