Lobby is always closed regardless of posted hours and the drive through is to slow. I'll spend my money somewhere else. Besides, usually the tea is soured at almost every location and covered up by large amounts of sugar. Even saw at one store an employee pour fresh tea into soured tea after we told them the tea was bad. Also never had issues getting frosties from Wendy's so guess I know where I'll be eating 😉😁

I’m driving from Illinois to Jackson Ky. My car doesn’t have a spot that works to charge my phone. The manager was super nice and helpful. The lobby was closed but she still let me come in and charge my devices so I had directions to where I was going. Great experience! You saved me!

Fastest McDonald's I've ever been to. Seriously! There were about 25 cars in the drive thru, and I had my food in about 10, maybe 12 minutes. The food was good too. Though one hashbrown was a pinch over cooked.

The last 3-4 times I've been to this McDonald's I've been asked to pull up and wait 5-10 minutes for my food. My usual order consists of 2 double cheese burgers, a large fry and a large coke. The simplest order ever and I am always asked to pull up into a parking spot and wait 5-10 minutes for my food. And it's not just me. Every parking spot is filled with people asked to pull up and wait for our food. This McDonald's does not care. The employees do not care. They want you gone and they wish you never came. So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they are nice and pleasant and aren't just trying to get rid of you.
