###TRUCKERS### From I-5 take exit 296B (if you’re coming from Seattle) Multnomah Blvd than keep straight ahead. That turns into Garden Home Rd. Take a right on Oleson Rd and right on Vermont Blvd. Take a left Shattuck Rd, destination will be on the left! Very nice office personnel if you call they help you out too!

Was a hub of the community, baseball, quarter midget racing, wonderful events for kids and adults that drew masses of folks. For me and my bike racing community it was an all but holy destination as the home of one of the few velodromes in north America as well as the site of yearly cyclecross racing. All gone now as two family members forced a sale to an out of town company who supposedly are turning the property into a housing tract.

Well it would be pretty awesome if they weren't selling off everything and getting close to demolishing it. And I have no intention of supporting the Seattle company who bought the Alpenrose name. If you want Portlanders to support youu, how about trying to save part of what Alpenrose has been known for generations? Otherwise I might as well buy store branded milk. Sorry #SaveAlpenrose

We love this place! My Mom use to take us when we were kids, and now we go with the next generation. It is beautiful and you can feel all the love and hard work that goes into keeping it amazing.

Hi Tami. I'm sorry to hear that you have received less-than-perfect product recently. We strive to produce the finest dairy products you can buy and are continually working to improve our processes to ensure the highest quality. We have identified and addressed some quality issues in our production facility, and you can expect the same, high quality cottage cheese you have grown to love.
They actually do have actual cows there, but I would call.
Yes!
Hi Tony. We're very sorry and we will look into this right away.
Thanks for your question! After you check out with your order, we will review your delivery address and will follow up with your delivery day by email. The day and time of your delivery depends on where you live and when your milkman or milkwoman is in your neighborhood. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, your milkman or milkwoman will generally be at your home at around the same time each week. You have until 2:00pm, the day before your scheduled delivery day to make order changes, or skip your delivery. Your account won't be charged until after your delivery is made. Hope this helps!
Not sure, but it could be that a small amount of milk dries at the spout and stay exposed to air resulting in oxidation and it breaking down faster...
They do but Alpenrose is not considered as a public park. Still a business property. They use the picnic tables for events that are pre scheduled. I'm sure you could use them for yourself but for a family gathering.i don't think so. Call I could be wrong.
No, I think they only process milk there, they no longer have animal's there at that location.
Sorry, I wouldn't know about where to buy Alpenrose Ice Cream, since I haven't bought milk, cream, ice cream, or cheese in many many years..Been lactose intolerant, since I was a teenager. Perhaps someone at the Alpenrose office near 6149 SW Shattuck Rd, Portland Oregon, would know where some of their distributors are located. I think, at one time in our history, it was pretty much the main brand sold in Portland. Not sure how all the others were able to take over the market. It seems like Sunshine has the milk and Tillamiok has cheese and ice cream, but places like Safeways local milk plant and, Salty Straw and Cold Stone icecream shops, Baskin Robbins have all made a sizable dents in the dairy market. Perhaps someone in the Alpenrose family made an executive decision to focus elsewhere for whatever reason, more recent generations often refuse to follow in their parents farming footsteps and prefer to parcel out & sell off their parentsgenerational legacy search of fast cash new biz
Yes. Went Sunday last. Check there website for times
It's like an entire month.
Thry don't milk cow's there. They process milk.
