Normally I have a pretty good experience at lowes, but they have gotten so disorganized. I showed up and paid for 20 bags of mulch. Simple enough, right? The cashier said the loading dock was "closed" and to pull up on the side of the building. So I did. I waited and waited. 20 minutes went by, and nothing happened. I went and asked the cashier if I was parked in the right place...she called someone on the phone and said "they're going to get someone over there"...which I guess is code for nothing had happened yet. After another half hour, I asked if I could just load the mulch myself. The cashier said no, but that I should go find a manager. I asked her to call a manager, and she said she had "lost her walkie talkie". I eventually found the manager, who told me to park somewhere else. So I moved my car. 5 minutes later, another employee told me I shouldn't be parked in the loading dock, where the manager had told me to park. Finally, 15 minutes later, the manager brought me the mulch. This was a nightmare...I think the most frustrating part was that there were employees standing around everywhere, but the cashier wouldn't even ask any of them to help me.

Weedeater and leaf blower combo stated $119.00 rang up as 149.00 with a different part number. Unfortunately they wouldn't recognize the error in pricing or description.

Bought a large quantity of mulch. Went to loading area to get help loading. While my husband and two Lowe's personnel loaded the truck my husband notice a munch of dye water was leaking out of a bag all over our vehicle. My husband asked associate to get it out and he said he wasn't the one to put it in there. So my husband pulled it out and asked if employee was going to help continue loading and he said no I'm good and walked off. We spend a lot of money at Lowe's but now we will be going elsewhere if we can help it.

Went in at 6pm. Ask in garden center for help. Was needing 50qt MG potting Soil. Was told there is some around side of fence. I asked for a person Was told where to serve myself. I carried 2 bags all the way around. Was told sorry registered frozen. I found a flower cart put both bags on walked up front to have to check myself out. What happened to customer service, when you actually got help with heavy stuff... don't worry will go pay higher prices at the nursery we're they will load everything in my car with a smile.
