Had a reservation for a mid sized vehicle but they downgraded me to an economy while still charging me for the bigger car. Called to fix the issue, guys were super argumentative and rude, said I should have known better than to take a smaller car! No, you should know how to do your job. Very unprofessional setup and limited service apparently. No walk around to check the vehicle out, just overall poor service. I see why Enterprise is a major company.
