Great place to live. Also has a great maintenance crew. Austin Montgomery is top notch. He’s knowledgeable in everything from hvac and electrical all the way to basic kitchen appliances. Issues are no big deal if you have someone timely to fix them.

I had some maintenance issues with my dryer and the maintenance team, specifically Austin truly went above and beyond making sure the job got finished done and done well.

Out of my time living here at CEV, I would just like to say that Austin Montgomery as been such a big help. Anytime he has been assigned to something in our home to fix he does a great job and is always so polite. He is definitely one of the best employees there and I think CEV is lucky to have someone like him on their staff!

Excellent place to live! Super friendly staff and maintenance team! Every time Isaac comes to do work orders or inspections, he’s always super friendly and excited to help us out. Maintenance is always quick to complete work orders. Audrey, Addi and Haley in the front office are always super nice and understanding and are happy to help or answer any questions we may have! The location is extremely close to campus and I am able to get to my classes within 5 minutes. I don’t even have to drive anywhere to go to the gym since there’s a 24 hour gym on the property. The apartment is an extremely reasonable price that’s affordable for college students. To the girls that were complaining about being charged for damaged couches, when we moved in, the couches were covered in scratches from cats and had paint all over them. The girls showed up at our apartment unannounced and came in to “inspect” our apartment. CEV management explained to us that they had ordered new furniture for us since the couches in there were so damaged, but the new ones hadn’t come in yet since they were on back order due to COVID-19 issues. The maintenance staff were able to replace the damaged furniture within our first week of living there, and they were very happy to do so. We have never experienced issues with roaches or brown recluses. Pest control comes and sprays our apartment every month. Overall, I would highly recommend living here to any college student. I love it here!
