Romaine lettuce looks awful the last month, not sure whom the supplier is but I'll be going across the street for it at Albertsons. When is this store going to get the self-check out or finish the curbside pickup lanes? For a company that owns both store chains, pretty sad they're leaving Safeway behind.

Cheese on sale for $4.77 rings up at $8 cashier doesn't know how to fix. So had him take off my bill and put merchandise back, in mean time meat rang up at $24 and it was only $15 didn't catch that until later. Cashier shared they were having issues with sale items did not offer to fix. Called customer service since Im 45 minutes away can I mail receipt and photo of over charge...explain what cashier said about sale items ..they cant help me if I dont bring everything back in. If this was first time I would understand but its now happened multiple times.. Such a nice store and nice clerks hate to not shop there..

You have to enjoy every experience when you grocery shop in BC. The Stores are understaffed, stockholders $$ are more important. We are just Cattle to Cooperate. Someday those who show up everyday shorthanded& overworked will see a change in how these corporations operate

04/01/2022 Restroom available. No code needed. I stopped here for supplies before heading out to the Alvord Desert. Firewood $5.99 and a 2 gallon gas can $13.99. No self checkout. Express lane not open. Cashiers know almost everybody's business in Baker City lol.
