Would give 0 stars if I could went in to cancel my black card membership and they told me I would still be charged. After telling me when signing up could cancel anytime no commitment. Would not recommend to anyone. I have even reached out through email no response.

There is an abundance of cardio equipment which is sparsely occupied at all times of the day. The area with the free weights and benches - the reason I got a membership - is always over crowded. This is typical of gyms, however, a key difference here as opposed to the PF I used to go to, is that there is no room to wait for a spot to open up. I used to grab some weights and work out even if there was no bench available because the weight area was large and spacious. There is literally no room to do that here at all. It's VERY intimidating to try to squeeze in like sardines or to wait 2 ft away from these beefy people. The gym is failing at their mission here. They need to remove some of the 1000000 treadmills and make room for people to use weights. I literally can't even do what I signed up to do and now I'm stuck with a 12 month commitment. Should I have toured the gym before signing up, yes probably. However, my old PF gym didn't have this problem, and I thought it was common sense to give people more room for the most popular section of the gym. I really hope they change this because I feel very disappointed and at a loss. I hope my review helps someone else to not waste their money on this place.

Coming back in after a couple years away this was a traumatic experience. I dont know the machines, where they are or how to use them. No one was willing or able to help show me around or how to use the equipment. I have target areas I would like to work on and for a gym open 23 hrs a day they have 1 40hr a week trainer who is only in early weekdays and I was told he was busy and couldn't help me

Very comfortable environment, I pay for the black card, the massage and tanning alone is worth the money. They have a ton of televisions, and although I didn't get a tour as a new member they offer a class to be shown around. Each machine has a bar code to scan if you need any instructions. Most the staff is friendly, the gym is clean every time I visit!
