They were great! No Line when I got there - around 5pm on a Friday. I did a terrible job with the tape and thought they would charge me for tape to redo it- but I forgot I live in ME now , Not MD 😂 . They added additional tape - free of charge :)

Package moved timely from shipper to delivery. My low rating is because my package was delivered on a rainy day, that had several heavy rain instaces, and was left out in the elements instead of on my covered porch. My package was heavy and so wet that it fell apart when I tried to pick it up to bring in the house.

Hello, Joanne. You would need to take this ticket to your closest FedEx processing center to pick up your package; a signed doortag would not give the driver authorization to leqve the package.

You can either call the company or go in to their store and Lodge your complaint
No public copier. This is just a ship center, they have a few packing materials you can purchase but it's mostly package dropoff and pickup
