I went to purchase two tires and have them installed at 3:45pm on 5/31/22 (the sign said they didn’t close until 6pm) the tech as well as the salesman told me I would have to come back as they were already closing down for the day (note: they didn’t say they were finishing jobs, rather closing down the business for the day).. with 2 hours and 15 minutes until closing? As a tech in the custom side of the automotive industry I know it would be totally unacceptable to start closing down the business that early from the perspective of my supervisor/ business owner as well as my customers

These guys are amazing! I took my car to multiple garages, including a jeep dealership and only Tire Warehouse was not only able to find the problem but fix it!! Their customer service is outstanding as well, they’re card machines weren’t cooperating and they gave me my alignment for free!!! These guys are the real deal and actually care about you and your car. I will be back again!

Worst Tire Service ever. Rude and disrespectful staff, told me I did not have an appointment even though I had an email confirmation stating that my appointment was at 230 for new tire service. If I could give them no stars I would!

Excellent customer service, quick and professional. I trust their work. And best of all the price was a great deal. The manager gave us a credit for the tires we had before that were supposed to get 65,000 miles and we had about 55,000 miles. The manager also put air in our other vehicles tires at no charge. Very friendly even though he was super busy. Thank you
