I am beyond thrilled about my experience with VIP. The team was super attentive to detail, and so pleasant to work with. I brought my truck in for an inspection and oil change, and Dennis let me know everything i needed done to pass inspection, and then was very informative on what will be coming in the next few months with things i would need to get done. Never once felt pressured to have any additional work done to my vehicle, he was simply letting me know! I chose to have him fix the things he recommended i would be fixing in the future because i knew he was looking out for ME. I would recommend VIP on Riverside St. to anyone in the greater portland area that needs work done on their car. The efficiency of getting me right in for an appointment, and getting the work done on my truck was as quick and well done as can be. 10/10 would recommend giving VIP a try if you havnt been through them yet for your auto work. Customer service is clearly their top priority and it was very evident in my interaction with them.

My husband and I have been going to VIP in Westbrook for several years and have always been very happy with the servicing and the work we’ve had done here. The staff is very helpful, the technicians are knowledgeable and the VIP lounge is really comfortable if you need to get some work done while you wait. We would definitely recommend this location and look forward to continuing to be customers.

This was my first time having an oil change here. My "usual" place was booked out 3 weeks. I was very pleasantly surprised at the excellent service I received. The technician who checked me in took the time to explain the different types of oil I could use and helped me decide on a synthetic blend since I have an older vehicle with high miles. Iplan to have my scheduled oil changes at VIP form here on out.

We needed a state inspection along with a tire pressure sensor replacement. They took great care of us. They showed us the few things that needed to be replaced in the future. We passed our inspection with no unknown issues. Never felt like they tried to sell me any unnecessary work. The work was done without any issues. Had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place for you car maintenance needs .
