I never had a wait either day we went just make sure you do not go from 12 to 1 they are closed for lunch
It is actually $68 dollars and you can pay cash, cashiers check, debit, or credit. There is a 2 dollar fee for debit and a 2.5% fee for credit. All the info you need is on their website. You can also prefill it out online and submit it so it is quick once you get there. https://www.clark.wa.gov/auditor/marriage-license
You should be able to contact the county you got married in and request a copy. There is most likely a charge.
