Fantastic meat, but technology is lacking. Ended up paying for our Thanksgiving Turkey twice because they didn’t have record of us purchasing it on order. Make sure you keep all of your receipts for this place as they do not.

Don't buy so can't answer, but their meats are wonderful! The buffalo tastes like old time hamburger and their bbq pork is wonderful!!!
Call and ask. If they get enough people interested in buying mutton, they might start putting it in their meat cases. Lamb chops and Ox tails is all I've seen. Tripe as well. Sometimes they have hearts BUT I think you have to call ahead so they don't get rid of it aka dog treats. The only Specialty meats are elk, buffalo. They also will butcher your wild game and fowl for a fee. Hope this helps.

I'm sure they do. Call and have them save some. Otherwise, they make them for the dog's treats. Big enough to chew but, not to break. Don't want your pet to have bone splinters. Have you been there? You're going to 💘 their selection of meats and prepared meals! Try the Cal desada, chicken fried steak, and the stuffed chicken breasts! Real quick meal! just take them home and cook to specs.
