The best service that I have received in years. The lady who helped me was amazing. She was professional and gave me her honest opinion on competing products and didn't push theirs on me. She took the time to answer questions and helped think of solutions to my problem. I'm now a customer of Interstate Batteries. I have a pickup with a 10 year old battery that needs replacing. It's getting a battery and a battery maintainer from interstate next week. I wish I remembered her name, she is exceptional.

Bad customer service, never trust interstate batteries, they do not do waranty.

I stopped in to get my battery replaced after having it tested at O’Reilly’s who said it was bad and I needed a new one. Stevie at this Interstate wanted to retest before selling me a new battery. Sure enough, my battery was fine along with the alternator. Even though I didn’t end up buying today, that five minutes of listening and testing what I currently have made me a future customer when I do need one. Update: It happened! I moved and still drove the distance when I needed a new battery because this place made such an impact. The service was still impecable. Professional, quick, and didn’t bawk at all of my questions to make sure I was getting the right battery. I was even offered a coupon to help with the cost which was unnecessary but welcomed. Thank you!

Says open till 6:00 but they closed at a quarter till 6:00. They probably should update their business hours for people that travel a good distance to get to them for nothing.
