It can be a bit tricky to locate, park, & then leave from the location, however, there is handicap parking. Usually isn't that busy, however, if you need wide width shoes this is your place. They will take the time to measure your feet and attempt to assist you find shoes that work for you. Yes, like so many merchants their prices are not inexpensive but these days what is. If you know the style, # they can even ship it directly to you so you don't have to come in. Regrettably they have a website but doesn't show individual styles of shoes available. Staff have been pleasant, helpfully even if one has to return a pair.

I just bought 3 new pairs of shoes this afternoon at Wide Shoes Only - Renton Store. They fit perfectly, are comfortable, and look so cute! Service was excellent.

Even if you feel your client is rude, you should be polite. Turn the other cheek. It’s too bad for you, and all the clients you will never get due to these reviews and your nasty responses to these reviews. If you want more business, then apologize to anyone feeling uncomfortable for any reason in your store! I probably will not come in again due to your attitude of self righteousness to be rude back to visitors in your store. Please be polite and apologize to people who are unhappy and uncomfortable when in your store. Find out what YOU can do to make each visit wonderful!❤️
