Night 1 - We arrived at 1:30 am after several hours in the car, checked in, went to our room and prepared to take a shower only to discover their were no towels in the room. We call and ask for some only to be told we need to get them because there is only one employee in the whole building. Night 2 - we come back to our room and the fire alarm is beeping, so we call and they say bring it downstairs and they will replace the battery. We do, and then take it back to the room, reset it and go to bed. 3 hours later it starts beeping again, and we do our best to ignore it. Night 3, repeat of night 2. The floors were sticky/grimy feeling so if you are staying here, take some flip flops for sure. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, muffins and English muffins. One plus, they did have smuckers sugar free syrup. Bed was comfortable. Starbucks is right next door, and Kitaros Sushi/Hibachi is as well, definitely check them out. Location is easy access to many places and to the highway.

Clean, comfy bed. Spacious bathroom, accessible (yet not a roll-in tub as advertised). The AC unit worked well enough to hang beef in the room! Front desk staff was kind and professional. Would stay here again. Rm228

Generally I would consider this a good hotel. Rooms are typically pretty clean, 8/10 front desk employees are pretty nice. My last visit changed my entire outlook on this. For having to pay full price and not getting full price service, its a little of a bummer. My daughter and i had to share towels, because even though we asked for extras (twice), we didnt get them, breakfast wasnt a thing two days in a row, then... we had unruly neighbors that apparently no one could manage to keep quiet. We called the desk several times. It had gotten to the point of packing up at 3am to make the 10 hour trip home. I asked for a partial refund (not even the whole thing) and Maggie refuses.

Absolutely disappointed after talking to the general Manager Maggie. Absolutely classless, rude on the phone completely heartless, she is a total poor representative for a hotel like it. Very disrespectful from the minute I was transfer to her on the phone, no greeting, no introduction, does not give you a chance to express yourself or explain my situation of wrong booking mistake between Ofallon, MO vs Ofallon, IL. She was absolutely unprofessional. There are proper and respectful way to talk to someone even when they do a mistake on their reservation location. And as a manager you should customer service communication skills, Sad, absolutely sad. I wouldn’t recommend the location considering it’s a manager behaving in such way. What a shame for the entity. Despite her rudeness, i still thanked her and wished her to have a blessed day, and of course she hung up on me when I was wishing her a good day. I truly hope my complaints/ experience is taken into consideration, and she she gets proper training and not treat anyone else like that… you truly made my Day.

Just stopped in to shower and sleep. It was clean comfortable and quiet.

No they are no O'Fallon has went smoke free in mostly all establishments but they do have a spot outside.
