Do not use this company. Bad customer service. I asked the girl last month to freeze my service for one month. When I came in tonight they told me I owe for last month plus late fee because the girl did not freeze it like I asked her too. They told me they would wave the late fee but I still owed for the month I was not there. No thank you. Cancel me out

Would not allow me to use my birthday coupon after all the money I've spent throughout the whole year on memberships. I earned it and been a loyal customer for years but since I did not decide to choose a membership this month. They decided I could not use my coupon for my birthday that is valed for 30 days. They send out all these things to draw you in then there is always a twist to something. So unprofessional. I really enjoyed this company until I see how now they treat there customers. I would not recommend this place ever again. Have a nice day

Very unprofessional, call to cancel my account not once not twice but 3 times and was still charged even after! Called to get a refund after being charged 2 months later then was told I had to wait for the district manager and she would be calling within the next 48 hour. 3 weeks and 4 phone calls later she FINALLY calls back to tell me she can not refund my money because I was suppose to sign a paper. Why wasn't I told that the first 3 times I tried to cancel??? Never again!!
