Giving this establishment one star is a compliment. If there is a way to give Zero , I would. Please read all of her one star reviews, she obviously is rude, lies, and makes up different prices, out of thin air. I was on a six week schedule to get the discount and she raised it from $223 to $299. She stated it was because of matting; however, I called her out on this, because I comb them twice a week and know they did not have any mats. When I told her this she just shrugged. I told her as a business owner, that this is a poor way to treat your customers, she said I was entitled to my opinion. Wow, that is how you treat some one that has been coming to you for a year and a half. My Cavapoo has razor burns on her private area and is crying when she tries to urinate today, after picking her up from Cute Cuts, that is the most upsetting to me. I went with a small local business to be supportive of our community, instead of the larger chains that offer grooming. I will be looking for a new place that's for sure. I truly hope the owner has a Blessed Day and learns how to do better business moving forward or just be a nicer, honest person!!!! As to your response, First: she is part Poodle and Cavalier King Charles, a Cavapoo not a Cavachon. Second: I know they did not have any mats, because I brushed them thoroughly. I explained this to you when you tried to think of why you raised the price so much. If you remember correctly you asked me to brush them before they come in. Their hair is kept very short, as you well know; therefore, top and bottom coat was brushed. Arya never has had mats in her private area because you clean that area up tight. So please do not lay blame where it does not belong. As for combing my hair twice a week compared to combing two short haired fur babies, is really a rhetorical question. Third: I took Khaleesi, the cat that you say bites, to the vet this morning because of the cut she has on her leg from you or your groomer. No wonder she bit you. I do appreciate you taking the time to respond and apologize.
