Absolutely terrible experience. The guy I worked with last Sunday quotes the wrong price on a tire and then did not order it. Came in today and tried to get the tire. Was told it was going to be 3x what I was told originally. I understand that there were other fees such as valve stem, disposal, etc I would haveto pay. But the tore was going to cost 3x more than he said. I spent hours there. Just to leave with the same bad tire I had when I got there. I really liked mavis until this. I'm going to have to find another shop to go to moving forward. Make sure you get everything in writing from them is my advise to anyone that uses them

I took a tire here to get replaced after a blowout. Holly and Meris were very helpful and friendly. Mr. Giles replaced my tire, and I was back on the road after 20 minutes. Very professional staff and a great place to do business!

Excellent speedy service. I had a flat caused by a screw puncture and was rapidly losing air. I pulled in to Mavis to have them look at it. I was in and out in no more than 30 minutes. Awesome customer service! Tire plugged and like news The tech also checked and adjusted the pressure in all of my other tires. All for less than $35. Highly recommended.

Customer service was excellent and the wait time extremely reasonable. Would recommend highly! Second time here and even though its some miles from where I live, I will keep going there for all my oil changes and tire maintenance.
