Love donuts? Try Mary Lee Donuts. I love it unglazed.

I’ve stopped there(when I am on that side of Ascension Parish) probably 5 times over the last 10 years. They are always very busy, which is a good sign. I’ll give 5 stars because this. I’ve never actually gotten a chance to eat a donut or pastry from them. Every time I go they are mostly out of everything. I’ve gone early in the morning and late morning. They just never have much of anything left. Maybe one day I’ll get to try a cinnamon roll or an apple fritter from there? As of now, I guess I’ll just stick to my local donut place that is always fully stocked and never runs out of stuff. That bakery is also very busy.

I would say they can’t. Usually hot food prepared in a restaurant style environment is prohibited unless in a declared emergency situation by the government. Also the EBT card is swiped on a different system than credit cards and they may not have it or be allowed to have it. I’m not saying you can’t buy donuts with EBT because you absolutely can, but I don’t think you can here.
