Beautiful property with outdoor games and an art walk! Mini dog area. Amazing food abs drinks! Cute little mermaid museum! The tasting was a blast and I loved all their distillery offerings!

Good service. Good food. Not a whole lot to complain about here. We made reservations. Upon arriving, we were seated reasonably soon. It wasn't too crowded (maybe 50% capacity). Service was prompt and warm! I had the Fight of Fancy; it's fun and looked cool. The drinks were deceiving in the best of ways lol. They tasted like there was no alcohol...until it crept on me (they tasted a little watered down, but that could've been from the kinds of flavored vodkas being used) . The food was served pretty quick (but not quick enough to make you feel it was prepped beforehand). The scenery was beautiful (I can't wait to see how it looks in the flowering seasons). We had either an owner or general Manager (it seemed) swing by a few times to ask about our experience and food (which was really neat). Dinner; it was good and different and there was plenty of it (the seseme broccoli was a tad bit salty ok some bites for my taste)! Dessert was divine (we had the creme brulee; highly recommend).

Pretty place, nice and helpful staff. Crab dip appetizer was good along with wine flight (love you can choose any wines on the menu 5 for $7). However, for the cost the food was subpar. My fettuccine with the $15 addition of crab should have included more crab and been much more flavorful. My friends prime rib was overdone, COLD and flavorless. Almost like it has sat out for sometime. The broccoli was also cold but her baked potato was warm. For wine tasting it’s a go. For dinner I would go elsewhere.

I put compliments here too. You can discuss how you really felt about a place.
Westport Winery Garden Resort is family friendly, all ages are welcome. We offer wine and spirit tasting daily from 11 to 6. These are either outdoors or open-air which means inside with the windows open. So be sure to dress accordingly. The Sea Glass Grill has the same options if you would like to dine while you are here. We have 15-acres of display gardens with over 100 interpretive signs and 60 sculptures by local artists. There is disc golf, executive golf, petanque, chess, Scrabble, and horseshoes too.
Westport Winery, Ocean's Daughter Distillery, the Sea Glass Grill and the International Mermaid Museum are open daily from 11am to 6pm with the exception of Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Always best to make a reservation. The grounds, gardens are lovely. Make sure you plan for time to walk around.
Not sure if they are in stores outside of Westport, but you can have them shipped to your house. If you join their club, you'll get two specially chosen bottles every few months.
Yes they do. Westportwinery.com. Click on the menu and then the Sea Glass grill.
We begin dinner service at 4pm.
They have a huge outdoor area for walks with your dog. But tasting inside. It is a great winery and I highly recommend. Plus lunch us great there. Weather down here normally ok to leave dog for awhile, or grab a glass of wine and head outside.
We are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We will close at 3pm on the eve of both days. Otherwise we are open daily 8am to 7pm.
Dogs are welcome on leash throughout our gardens. They also enjoy our off-leash dog park as long as they are supervised.
