I was acknowledged the moment I walked in. My wait was very short. Both the Rep and the person who took my money were very pleasant and professional. Over the years I have come to AT&T on west florissant ( even when it was located across the street) it has always been known for not having good customer service ( over many years). The place looked fresh and I will be back again based on my most recent experience. ( historically, when I had a need I drove to Lindberg location or over by the galleria. Well done!

Thank God I was there to help my grandmother get a new phone. When we walked in Lauren yelled across the room at us asking us what do we need. Super unprofessional but hey if that's how they handle business who am I to judge. She asked are we here to pay a bill, I responded no we would like to upgrade phones. Lauren then asked iPhone or Android, and tell her Android and she points to the wall and says they're over there. That's literally the only help picking a phone she gave us. After explaining the phones and capabilities of each Galaxy to my grandmother, we went to Lauren and told her what we want to do. That was a nightmare we literally set their 2 and a half hours trying to get the phone switched over. The safe they use has a timer on it so a person can only go in so many times within an hour. Lauren messed up several times and had to switch out phones which added to that time. She then messed up on switching out the SIM cards, which added to the time. She then messed up on the bill, which again added to the time. I swear this had to be the girl's first day. I'm glad I was there to help my grandmother because this girl was very unhelpful. Definitely will be going to the AT&t store in Brentwood.

I went to the store to see if they could help me transfer my Data from my old phone to my new phone, I was the only customer in the store, it was about 7:35 PM and the store was closing at 8 o’clock.. I Ask the young man if he could help me transfer my data over on my phone and his comment to me was not if it takes too long because we’re closing at eight so if it’s going to take longer than that then no and he refused to help. He sat there and didn’t even attempt to help.. I turned around and walked out., I will never go to that location again.!!! That was the worst customer service I have ever experience.
