Im only giving Spanish Cove one star. Because I cant give them no stars. 1st off, i applied with them at the beginning of March, its now June 5, if Spanish Cove knew they were closing down why take people application fees & administration fees. I paid $249.00 just to be turned down, plus Corey says that I would get my $199.00 back in which i have not received. How is this possible for a business to steal money from ppl. Its not right. Yes , i will be contacting the BBB, plus channel 2 news. This isnt right.

I ended up needing to leave due to emergency circumstances. Even after I returned the key, signed documents stating I was vacating and gave them a handwritten letter as they requested, they STILL charged me for rent for 7 MONTHS after. I asked them about the papers I signed. They lost them during the switch over of companies. They lost everything but still managed to charge me rent well after I was gone and have given them the necessary documents. Some new tenant was living there and paying rent on that unit and they were still charging me as well. Recently found out (the hard way) that around the time they "magically lost" the paperwork, they filed an eviction against me even though I had gone through the full process and did everything they asked. They even put in a wage garnishment for the months they charged me for fraudulently. They went THAT far to take advantage of me when I did everything the right way. Wild.

They really make an effort in the upkeep of the property here. I always see workers picking up the trash. They have salted for us and removed snow from the pathways into the homes.this winter. They snow plowed the roads. When I've made a call for maintenence they have come in a timely manner. They regularly have pest control coming out. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff. It was sometimes hard to get a call back from them during the move in process.I'm sure staff is very busy and over worked. I always just called for an update after an appropriate amount of time.

My daughter roof has been leaking since she has moved in. Management has yet to do anything about it. I’m asking for help this has been going on to long ceiling is falling in and pieces of the ceiling my grandson has put in his mouth. I need to find owner.
