when I first wrote with Jessica Wade, the agent forgot to add that I was a mother, which gave me a significant discount. after another agent was reviewing my coverages, they caught this and were able to back date all the way to the date I was written. reimbursing me for the discount I was supposed to be getting. they were very diligent and hard working. I appreciated the customer service given at that time. Their team is very well informed, the girls up front can always help with any questions I have, and if for some reason they don't know the answers, they find me someone who does. they also make sure I fully understand my coverages and what they mean, and go the EXTRA mile to make sure I am not only protected with my autos, but my life and income as well. would highly recommend.
