I have tried for weeks to get ahold of someone I. The office and I’ve left like 4 messages over that time and never gotten a call back. I had to go in person to scheduel an appointment which is for 4:30. All good until I get a text asking me to confirm my appointment but now it’s saying it’s at 4. I had this happen once before. They write you an appointment card with the wrong time. You show up and they tell you that you’ve missed you appointment, only way you’ll be seen is if you have your appointment card to prove that they made the error not you. Very disappointing.

I was seen the next day after the cap on a tooth broke off. The person that told me to come in the next day was very nice. The dentist and her assistant were Very emphatetic to my problem and took care of it.

I was ready to make an appointment but after all the negative reviews, I am not sure it is a good idea! Most reviews for the past 3 months are negative, is it really that bad?

Just don't let them talk you into unneeded dental work, get done what you need done! Not a bad experience

They say it is, I have never had a free visit. The dentist are really good and I am a whimp when it comes to needles. They really try to make sure you are comfortable.

My financial responsibility after my private insurance plan coverage was unaffordable. They offer financing through a funding company and that company also funds for Lowe's credit cards as well as other offers. Of course I was denied...I knew it before hand but figured it didn't hurt. I don't understand why there isn't more financial help within the practice for those who are insured, hard workers but have to suffer until your able to get funding. My plan was 12,000.00...1,500.00 is all plan paid. REALLY!! The temporary route is a little over 2,000 but 60% down to make first appt. I'm looking into programs for any help to just go with the temporary way out but then again, my insurance doesn't cover everything....Medicaid covers many and all expenses which in my opinion with the new health laws...those who have coverage through work should be receiving at least what Medicaid pays if not more. Getting 2nd opinion.
