Every single time I have a package coming through UPS it gets delayed at this facility. Every. Single. Time. It is so unbelievably frustrating!! I live maybe 45 minutes from this facility, at the rate they delay packages I’m tempted to drive up and pick up my packages myself! They seriously need to figure something out. Some of us have small business to run and the constant delays are ridiculous. I never experience this with USPS, FedEx or Amazon!

The management at this office is atrocious. The drivers are wonderful but I have had the most negligent series of communication with management and zero resolution over and over again. So rude, directly lied to me on three occasions to avoid doing their job and get off the phone. - promised me a call right back and nothing. No notes in the system. Randall was one of the rudest people I’m dealt with in customer care in ten years. Atrocious.

Keep losing and misdelivering my packages. Worst of all mail carriers. I have USPS, Fedex, Amazon, OnTrack deliveries and never a problem, but UPS misdelivered (lost) two packages in just last 2 weeks. Beyond frustrating. Please find some competent drivers to actually deliver packages to their recipients.

Some of the UPS drivers are not worth to work, drive and deliver for a carrier that provides the service for people who expect their package on time. Two days in a row I get a message ‘package could not be delivered because the receiver was not home’. They then give the date and time the driver supposedly was at my house. Guess what?? We have a security camera system with cameras located at our front door and garage facing our driveway. I get notifications through my phone then immediately notifications on my watch if the cameras detect a package, person or vehicle at or on our property. NO UPS truck or driver have been detected on the time frame provide by the driver attempting to deliver the package. So big lies. I have digital proof 24h/365. It’s time that UPS start to hire capable people to work for them and stop the bs about Covid using as an excuse!! I get weekly deliveries from Amazon, Fedex and USPS rarely issues. UPS almost every two three deliveries something goes wrong. If it would be a small thing that’s not too important I could live with it but we’re expecting my son’s custom ordered/built desktop that he needs urgently for his work at school. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

There should be a customer service number. I'd call them. You can also go to the customer drop off area at UPS and ask them where you package is.

Yes you can pick it off the counter just as long it is not loaded onto a truck
If you can’t reach your recruiter, ask the security agent at the gate to the staff parking lot. Your recruiter should have explained this; my recruiter was very clear over the phone and also sent directions but this was before the days of the internet...
