It really is a shame I had thought that these young ladies were awesome making my experience in Illinois a pleasant one but they apparently have no problem calling a patron a liar and covering for not being able to do their job appropriately. I canceled instore however they did not process it correctly and took money out with a refusal to refund. I had expected one month due to timing but 2 and a reference that I did not do things correctly is unacceptable. I absolutely did as instructed by staff to cancel. I have filled a complaint and contacted corporate. Hopefully in the future the girls no how to cancel appropriately. Never again will I even think about using this company

They have good beds here. Their higher level beds get you a decent tan.

First let me say that the ladies who work here are the saving grace of this location. They're always friendly, always up beat despite being griped out by customers on the daily for things they have zero control over. So to whomever is hiring, good work. My problem is with the regional/district management of this location. Last year the AC went out, for three months in the hottest part of summer. It was one excuse after another as to why it wasn't fixed. They have ceiling fans, but they don't actually work, which is completely baffling. When the girls would open the doors to get some air moving, they were told by upper management not to do it. Yes, by all means, lets make the customer miserable. For the most part the beds are fine, however, there are four bulbs out in room 1, the stand up. These same four bulbs have been out for over a year. I have left messages with corporate, I've left messages with regional managers, I've filled out numerous surveys indicating that the bulbs are out to no avail. As a diamond member, I shouldn't have to call a district/regional manager more than once to address a problem, some of us pay exorbitant amounts to tan here, and our issues should be top priority. Lastly, the way they handled the purchase of the Shiloh Tan Co location was pathetic, and unprofessional. Customers should have been notified formally instead of walking into Tan Co one day and seeing it closed and being told to go down the street.

The place itself is pretty good and liked the beds. Lotions are pricey. My problem is with the membership. I signed up for 3 months over the Summer, haven't been for over 2 months but apparently still being charged I just found out. I signed up for 3 months starting in May...how is it my account is still being billed? No mention this would happen at sign up.
