Everyone was amazing at the dealership. John is definitely your “go to guy”! He was knowledgeable about all the specifications of every vehicle. It made it easy for me to decide which was the best option that fits my requirements for a new pick up truck! Very honest and straightforward like every salesman you wish should be! Will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. David the Sales Manager did the best he could to cater our financing options given our circumstances- he made it worked like magic. Of course, Dave the Finance Manager was very easy to work with, very professional and probably the most outstanding finance guy I’ve ever dealt with! Kuddos to this dealership! They were all outstanding 🌟

I would have rated 5 stars except for the multiple dealer departments with different contact information which had not been updated until my delayed notification of service completion was received! The service was completed and my contract information was finalized by Megan Murphy who was excellent! I originally enrolled in the My Chevrolet Rewards program 3 years ago but my service work orders were never applied to My Chevrolet Rewards account until Megan Murphy did! Kudos to Megan!

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I have purchased vehicles from dealerships on 5 occasions and I have dreaded going to a car dealership because I’m young and they think I don’t know what I’m talking about. These guys treated me with respect and dignity and I will always refer friends or family to visit them. Travis was a great dude and it didn’t feel like I was being sold to. Only thing I wish that would’ve happened was an increase on my trade but nonetheless a great experience overall. Thank you Travis!

Bought 4 vehicles here and sales staff is fantastic!! The Service Department has been an interesting experience however, and am not impressed with Service experiences so far. Have had numerous problems with 8 speed transmissions on two vehicles. I know GM has problems with them, but Service says there's nothing wrong and poor shifting and clunking is normal. That's a pretty bold statement to make when class action lawsuits are pending. I don't like being lied to(honesty is the best policy.) Maybe they'll come to realize that someday. Regardless, I'm still a diehard GM/Chevrolet fan...

Sanitizing Surfaces: All touch points (counters, rails, door handles, key pads) and high traffic areas (waiting areas, showroom tables, and podiums) are being cleaned hourly. Disposable gloves are available for all employees. Limiting person-to-person contact: Service advisor write-up podium has a barrier that will provide for proper recommended social distancing while completing the check in process, advisors will also use tablets to assist in as many check-ins at the vehicle as possible. Advisors will guide the customer to the waiting area and complete the check-in process and bring the paperwork to the customer in the waiting area for any signatures to begin servicing the vehicle. Hello, Oregon buyers do not pay Washington Sales tax. However you do have to pay the Oregon Privilege Tax if the vehicle you are purchasing has less than 7500 miles per Oregon tax law. As a Dealer, we complete all the appropriate Licensing and Titling for your purchase.
