Typical McDonalds. Drive thru is slow as molasses. Have gone here 5 times since we moved to Chatham. They have messed up our order all 5 times. Only ordered cheeseburgers and big macs with fries. Never have the correct amount of items. The last and final time I made the mistake of not opening everything (while still at the window) and when I got home and opened the Big Mac container it had a Filet of Fish in it. Don't waste your time here. If you want McDonalds that bad take the extra couple of minutes and drive down the road to the next one. This one should just close.

Why is it necessary for the customer to check their bags after every time they make a purchase at the drive thru? (From now on, I'm holding up the drive thru line after I receive my bag of food to make sure it's correct). Sorry folks!! BLAME McDonald's workers!! It's absolutely ridiculous that we have to drive back to McDonald's to get our order correctly. Especially with the prices of gas and food on the rise. Can't they get it right the 1st time? The McDonald's in Chatham, IL has been horrible for the last couple of years and the manager needs more training on hospitality. She didn't offer to give me a whole new order or anything for my trouble. Just, oops, sorry! That was it.

Had a very large order for a party. The drive thru looked busy. Went inside to order take out. The lady who took my order did not ask me to repeat myself once, as I read from my list. We received our food in less than 5 minutes. When we got back to the party, the food was hot and the order turned out to be 100% accurate. Great experience at this location. 10/30/21
