Do you guys mail out your w-2 forms or do they need to be pick up? I've called 3 times this month and they've ask me to call first thing in the morning and when I do they tell me the same thing call first thing in the morning.

All company's have intill the end of January to get them out

Yes they dont have to be out until the 31st.
