Showed up an hour before they close and was told sorry we are closed. They were very rude about it I told them it says you close at 9 and we showed up at 8 to get a sandwich after being at Holiday World all day. Then drove by 30 minutes later and they were letting people in and serving them. This was a big downer for our family will not be visiting them again.

Not great. It's the only chain restaurant on the strip and it's NOT GOOD. We stopped after a day at Holiday World and the service was so slow. They acted as if they didn't know what we talking about in our orders and then tried to ring us out 3x AFTER paying. I recommend going to the grocery store and buying a microwavable hot pocket over this subway.

Every time I stop for lunch or order ahead its never right. Place is always closed and waiting in a drive through for 20 min after ordering ahead is not good business when lunch is crunched by time. I don't think they know what a melt is. I gave them 2 months after the new melts where out and both times failed to order a decent sandwich. This time I asked for my money back. I will not return to this location..

One of the better subways I've visited... Pretty clean, pretty organized... Got all 10 of us in our group through the line fairly quickly. So overall, pretty good.
