Do NOT get a key made by these people!!! I had a key made 2 weeks ago, paid $500, and a week ago it stopped working. Called and let them know what was going on. They are trying to charge me AGAIN for a new key. These people are terrible to work with. They actually used the fact I didn’t answer the phone while I was at work as a reason to charge.

This is second time I used them to copy this particular key. First time was about 2 years ago and the copied key did not work so I got the full refund. The refund process was extremely smooth. This time, I just felt like giving it a shot one more time because I knew they would refund the money if it didn't work this time. Second time was a charm and it worked really well. I would use them again in the future knowing that if it doesn't work I know I will get a full refund so there is really no risk. On top, it's fun to use the machine.
