The place is packed full of bikes and bike parts like sardines in a sardine can, they have a wide selection of older road bikes priced at 1k+ would I buy here, nope I bought tubes and tires to replace my old ones on my mountain bike and they only lasted a month before I had to buy new ones, I would highly recommend anyone who wants a bike to shop either at a thrift store or at any other bike shop; Harvey’s only cares about quantity over quality.

I'm furious with Harvey's Bike Shop today. They have a no warranty no exceptions on inner tubes. I purchased two tubes yesterday for my bike. I've been working on my own bikes for more than 20 years. One of my tubes had a manufacturer defect. It's a hole. The tube was never ridden and never brought up to full pressure. Harvey's refused to replace it for me. Tubes are cheap and they're even cheaper for the business. As a business owner, Harvey's should stand by their products. They blamed me for my installation of the tube. Screw Harvey's I'll never be back and you should choose another bike shop too! They don't deserve our business

Definitely no longer pleased with the service I used to get from 2012 to 2017. Prices have been marked up to an outrageous profiteering height, and none of the guys who work there actually call when the bikes are finished as they say they will do. This is not just a rant. Find out for your selves about the lack of respectable customer service provided.

Couldn’t ask for better service. They are reliable fast and reasonable. They also are available which is a big plus these days. They have done three repairs on my bikes in less than one day turnaround and bikes worked great. Wish i had found them sooner.

Wear a mask

The shop advertises a tune-up for $70--does it actually cost $70, or does the shop try to tack on additional repairs/replacements like other places? Been having difficulty trying to get a basic tune-up for my inexpensive bike.
