Apparently, these guys didn't care to have our business. I went in to have my wife's cellphone screen repaired. They didn't have the part and told me they would have it within 3 to 5 days. 1 week (business days) later, I called them for an update. The guy gave me a snide remark, saying they would obviously call if the part came in. I decided to go with uBreakiFix in Lynnwood and they were $30 less. They fixed it the next day and did a great job! To this day, Batteries Plus Bulbs never called me. If an attempt was ever made to call me, a voice message was never left. Terrible customer service.

I bought a screen protector for the fornt and back of my phone, which is pretty funny because when I dropped my phone last week the grass of my phone started to fall off. Which seem weird because you would think that the screen protector would hold it on. Then when I actually saw my phone there's actually no screen protector on it. 1) So you guys charged me for the screen protector but didn't even put it on my phone. 2)I wouldn't trust this business. They steal your money. 3) no I didn't buy no liquor, I wanted a screen protector. So yall finesse me

Brett who helped me was great. I got a good price using the online discount for a consumer report's top battery. They replaced it quickly and recycled the old battery. Will definitely continue to shop there for future needs.
